Q: An item is out of stock online - would you have it in the shoppe?

A: Inventory online is reflective of the inventory at our brick & mortar shoppe. Therefore, if an item is out of stock online, it is also out of stock in the shoppe. Conversely, when an item is purchased in the shoppe, that item is taken away from inventory on the website. 

Q: Will you be getting more Jellycat?

A: Yes, we get shipments of Jellycat every couple of weeks. However, due to the high demand, not all of our Jellycats are available to purchase on our website. Please visit our brick & mortar location to see our full collection or reach out via Instagram or email to inquire about a certain collection or animal.
