We do not offer refunds in the original form of payment. No exceptions will be made. Returns are eligible within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. 

We cannot issue returns or exchanges on seasonal, sale or clearance items as well as the following items: JellyCat brand, stuffed animals, books, bows, hats, swimwear, underwear, toys, pacifiers, teethers, lovey's or any other item meant to go in baby's mouth. This incudes if it was received as a gift.


As a small business we hand-pick each item that is in our shoppe and sometimes they are very seasonal items. We ask that you please respect our exchange policy - it helps us keep the shoppe full of the latest trends & high quality goods that we hope you love forever.

IN-STORE Purchases
If you purchase items with us in our physical location in Ankeny, IA, merchandise may be returned in its original condition, unworn within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Proof of purchase must be provided. We have the right to reject any returns that appear worn, stretched out or damaged upon trying the merchandise on your little one. Please try merchandise on with care 🤍

We are a small business so thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

ONLINE Purchases
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package under USPS tracking, unfortunately we cannot offer you in-store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for in-store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items and for the shipping costs of the exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you need to return an item for exchange/store credit, send us an email at robin@robin-riley.com. Once confirmed, send your item to: ROBIN•riley, 1610 SW Main St, Suite 102A, Ankeny, IA 50023, United States. Please allow 5 business days for response.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of a digital gift card to the email address on file within the next 7 business days to be used online or in-store at your leisure. 

Sale items 
All sale items are Final Sale and, therefore, cannot be returned; only regular priced items may be returned for an exchange or store credit.

This includes when we run special/seasonal sales in our shoppe and online.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return if received within 14 days. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.

Damaged/Defective Items 
ROBIN•riley is not responsible for replacing damaged or defective items. We only source merchandise from the highest quality brands to ensure you get the most love and wear out of the styles you choose from ROBIN•riley. If you find that your item(s) is not in the best quality or received a defective/damaged item, please contact us at robin@robin-riley.com. We are happy to contact the brand for you to see if they are able to replace the defective or damaged item. Once contacted and confirmed, you are responsible for dropping off the item at the shoppe or mailing it to: ROBIN•riley, 1610 SW Main St, Suite 102A, Ankeny, IA 50023, United States.

Please allow 5 business days for email correspondence.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received the digital gift card, first check your promotions and junk folder.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your digital gift card yet, please contact us at robin@robin-riley.com.


Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated to returning items and for the shipping costs of the exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
